Doctor Butterworth recently sponsored an Extreme Makeover build that was completed in Lewes, Delaware, for Jusst Sooup Ministry. Dale Dunning, along with her husband, Ken, and son, Brooks, feed hundreds of people in the Sussex County area each week, and were nominated for Extreme Makeover Home Edition. With the support of many different companies and over 2,000 volunteers, the whole community raised money to present the Dunnings with a new soup kitchen, house, barn, pavilion and garden on the land that was donated by The Schell Bros. builders. The show aired  November 2011 and was ABC's 2-hour Thanksgiving Special.
